When does my Annual Pass start?
Annual Passes start the date of purchase and expire one year from said date.
What happens if I lose my Annual Pass card?
The Guest Relations Team is always happy to assist in printing a new Annual Pass card at no cost. Please stop by the Concierge Desk in the Lobby for assistance.
Who is able to use my Annual Pass?
Annual Passes are non-transferable and only those named on the pass may use it for entry. Each member must be named at the time of purchase.
When can I use my Annual Pass? Do I need to make a reservation?
The attractions are open every day of the year with zero blackout days. You are able to use your Annual Pass on the date and time of your choice within operating hours. No reservation is required. Please be sure to check the daily hours prior to arrival.
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes, a military discount is available in person for any adult with a military, veteran, or dependent ID. Please present your ID at the time of purchase to receive the discount.
